We pay great care to select responsible and reputable suppliers in all countries where we operate. Safety standard ranks high in our business priority and we constantly endeavour to improve them, thanks to our client feedback.
Our principle is explained in our terms and conditions, our responsibility is fully set out in clause 7 of our terms and conditions:
We, acting as a booking agent, have no responsibility for the supply of the transfer. Our responsibility is limited to the information we published on the site, and passing the information of your booking to the supplier. Claim for illness, injury, death or loss of any kind occurring during the transfer must be made with the supplier, we have no liability in the transfer service being delivered, we only accept liability for complaint resulting from our own negligence. In case we are deemed liable, our responsibility to the customer is limited to twice the cost of the booking, we are not accountable for third party expenditure resulting from any delivery issue with the transfer itself, such as included but not limited to hotels, planes, taxi bills etc.... The description of the transfer has been provided in good faith, we are not accountable if there is any mistake in the information provided by the supplier. See more*
In case our negligence is proven, we do not limit responsibility for death or personal injury.
The terms and conditions may be changed from time to time, it is the customer duty to check those. The customer transfer is regulated by the terms and conditions in place at the time of your transfer and by any change in the term of condition which will occur a posteriori. The right of the third party are limited to the member being part of this agreement, if any illegal term is deemed invalid, it would be deleted, however this does not affect the rest of the term which remain enforceable. Our contract is governed in accordance to Spanish Law, the customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish Law. Those terms and conditions replace all others previously applicable for the use of this website and for the service conditions booked on behalf of the provider of service, with whom you have entered the contract with.
We take great attention in the selection process of our supplier, with their own respective cars, drivers or business insurances so that if a claim is being brought against them in the event of an accident, the customer are covered in line with the insurance policy. All insurance policies contracted by the supplier meet the minimnum or exceed the standard in place in the country where they operate.
We are extremely careful when selecting our suppliers and ensure that they adhere to our strict contractual policy in terms of safety, quality of the service delivered and that they are suitable to supply the transfers business . The signature of the contract compels the supplier to comply with the set out requirement in this document as well as confirming the provision of the operating licence and necessary level of insurance to operate such business . The necessary duty of care is labelled in our contract to ensure that wherever our customer travel they will received the same level of service, some of those duty shows.
Supplier guarantee to provide a vehicle equipped with seatbelt according to the local legislation, and complying with all local law as well as to maintain a high commitment of service at all time. Supplier is also to provide a contact telephone number which operates efficiently at any time of the day and night. Supplier will answer and deal with complaint in a prompt and timely manner.
Where applicable , the supplier will monitor the flight arrival and send the vehicle at the appropriate time. In case of flight delay, it is however best practice for the customer to advised the supplier of this cancellation or delay and to make alternative arrangements with supplier by contacting then, please note that in some destinations this may result in additional charges . Failure to advise may result in the supplier not being held responsible for the cost of the transfer.
In each destination the service supplier is operating an emergency line available 24h00 day , 7 days a week. The number is specified on the voucher and the customer can contact it in the required event of an emergency or a problem occurring. To guarantee the safety whilst in resort our supplier can refuse to transfer any person who is deemed to pose a threat to the safety of other passengers.
